    Setup question never answered

    sent email to support 6:13 PM on Friday, here it is almost a week later and no one has responded, this is the question i asked...

    Hey Topdon support, I received my new Phoenix Elite today, I’m trying to get it setup. I had some confusion on the email, and it seems I missed the activation part of the MDCI. I have the email straightened out but can’t seem to make it back to the activation again. Also, I looked through all my documents, and I couldn’t find a “Activation Letter”. Anyways my ID is: XXXXXXXXXX…
